Scripted by Oliver Stone, Scarface tells the story of the rise and spectacular fall of a Cuband refuge (Al Pacino) who rises through the Miami underworld to become a drug cartel kingpin. It was a movie that divided critics on its release in 1983 with its violent excesses but would go on to be considered one of the classic gangster films of all time.
