Bradley Whitford Signs Onto Jordan Peele’s GET OUT

Bradley-Whitford

Bradley Whitford has been cast as a co-lead in Jordan Peele’s directorial debut, the horror-thriller Get Out. Whitford will star opposit Catherine Keener, Allison Williams, Daniel Kaluuya, Caleb Landry Jones, and Lil Rel Howery in a story that centers on a young African American man who visits his white girlfriend’s family estate.

Peele, of course, is best known for his work as one half of the comedy duo Key & Peele with Keegan-Michael Key and their award-winning sketch series on Comedy Central. But since that show has ended its run, the pair have collaborated on the comedy Keanu coming this April as well as the comedy projects Substitute Teacher and an untitled third film still in development. Get Out marks Peeles’ first big move away from comedy and it should be interesting to see how he does and what he plans to bring to the film.
