Sheen will be joining Andrew Garfield as Peter, Emma Stone as Peter&#8217;s love interest Gwen Stacy and Rhys Ifans as villain The Lizard.<\/p>\n<p>Along with his wife May, Ben Parker is the one who raised a young Peter Parker after his parents were killed. It is his murder in the midst of a robbery that spurs the recently bitten by a radioactive spider Peter to use his new found powers responsibly.<\/p>\n<p>Sheen is replacing Cliff Robertson, who played Uncle Ben in the three <strong>Spider-Man<\/strong> films helmed by Sam Raimi.
