\"\"<\/a>Let’s face it, while the Super Bowl is always big ratings, a good percentage of the audience is only tuning in to see what creative commercials will be unveiled during the broadcast. And ever since the commercial for Independence Day<\/strong> became the topic of talk around the water cooler at work the following day in 1996, studios have known that a 30 or 60 second spot airing during the game is a good way to get people excited about their upcoming films.<\/p>\n

Looking at the calendar of this year’s upcoming film releases, there’s a lot to look forward to and many of the studios will be spending $3 million per 30 seconds of advertising time to give an estimated 100 million viewers a glimpse. Below is the list of what films will be advertising during Fox’s coverage with their release dates. The pre-game starts at 2 pm while the game coverage begins at 6 pm. The post-game commercials are scheduled to air during Fox’s special episode of Glee which runs after the game ends.<\/p>\n
