The break was extended into mid-February and then again<\/a> to this week, while the production scrambled to rewrite the next portion of the movie set to be filmed. Rumors, denied by the studio, have said that star Will Smith had been pushing for the changes.\u00a0 Another rumor alleged that David Koep, the writer brought in to do some last minute script doctoring, has\u00a0 requested that one of the producers has no contact with him.
