The set will include all five Superman films &#8211; the four featuring Christopher Reeve and director&#8217;s Bryan Singer&#8217;s 2006 <strong>Superman Returns<\/strong>. Additionally, the set will include the 2000 extended edition of <strong>Superman: The Movie<\/strong> and Richard Donner&#8217;s recut version of <strong>Superman II<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>According to The Digital Bits, the new HD masters have been done for the theatrical cuts of Superman: The Movie, Superman II, Superman III and Superman IV in the BD set. The expanded version of <strong>Superman: The Movie<\/strong> is a newer 1080p master than was used for the previous BD release, with extensive MTI dirt clean-up. <strong>Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut<\/strong> and <strong>Superman Returns<\/strong> are the same BD compressions as before.<\/p>\n<p>Many of the special features on the set are carried over from the previous DVD releases of the films.
