The trio is operating under the umbrella of High Noon Productions. The group purchased the rights from Karen Sharp Kramer, the widow of the original\u2019s producer, Stanley Kramer.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase was made Monday at the American Film Market event in Santa Monica. Currently High Noon Productions is looking for a director and a star for the picture.
