The adorable and sassy Wendy Barrie co-stars as Raymond\u2019s love interest.<\/p>\n<p>Steve Carr is set to be directing this new version from a script by Dave Punch. Producer Ted Hartley told the <em>Hollywood Reporter<\/em>&#8211;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The original took place in the days where it was racy to be in underwear. This movie is going to start out with the guy wearing a lot less than his underwear. It&#8217;s going to be edgy and romantic.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I\u2019m not sure that the words \u201cedgy\u201d and \u201cromantic\u201d really go well together.
