Brand&#8217;s involvement was already reported\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.filmbuffonline.com\/FBOLNewsreel\/wordpress\/2011\/08\/03\/russell-brand-offered-lead-in-diablo-codys-lamb-of-god\/\" target=\"_blank\">last month<\/a> when he was offered a role in the film.<\/p>\n<p>Although the announcement states that the film is untitled, the project was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.filmbuffonline.com\/FBOLNewsreel\/wordpress\/2011\/06\/30\/lamb-of-god-to-be-diablo-codys-directorial-debut\/\" target=\"_blank\">previously known<\/a> as <strong>Lamb Of God<\/strong>. Perhaps the change is to avoid confusion with Christopher Moore\u2019s similarly-titled satirical novel.<\/p>\n<p>The film, scripted by Cody, concerns a religious woman, presumably Hough, whose survival of a plane crash leads her to question her faith. A trip to Las Vegas results in meeting someone who helps her regain it.
