\"\"<\/a>Aaron Eckhart is set to star in an adaption of the graphic novel I Frankenstein<\/em> being written and directed by G I Joe<\/strong> writer Stuart Beattie.<\/p>\n

According to a press release from Lakeshore Entertainment, who are producing the film, Eckhart will play the creation of the famous mad scientists who \u201chas survived to present day due to a genetic quirk in his creation. Making his way to a dark, gothic metropolis, he finds himself caught in an all-out, centuries old war between two immortal clans.\u201d<\/p>\n

So it sounds like Mary Shelley by way of Russell Mulchay’s Highlander<\/strong>, which sounds kind of horrible.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve not read the original graphic novel, but given that it was created by Kevin Grevioux, who also helped create the Underworld<\/strong> franchise which I\u2019m not overly found of, and I really don\u2019t have much confidence in what the final product may turn out to be.<\/p>\n
