For those who have the free time to devote to playing all the games that are part of viral marketing schemes for movies, The Dark Knight<\/strong> must certainly have provided hours of fun. Over the past several months, numerous sites have sprung up, encouraging folks to solve various riddles with some tidbits about the movies being the prizes proffered.<\/p>\n

Although it took some time for Warners to get this out, it probably would have played even stronger if we hadn’t already had a look at Heath Ledger as The Joker, I think this is a strong piece of advertising. I like how it takes the iconic bat synbol from Batman Begins<\/strong> and subverts it in the way it does.
