The Avengers (Disney, 4,349 Theaters, 142 Minutes, Rated PG-13): <\/strong>So, I don&#8217;t know what to say here. The film has got a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rottentomatoes.com\/m\/marvels_the_avengers\/#want_to_see\">92% Fresh <\/a>rating over at Rotten Tomatoes. Advance screenings have already sold out. It&#8217;s tracking to be the biggest opening weekend in quite some time. So, there really is nothing I could say to get you to see this film that everything listed above couldn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>I am serenely calm on the eve of my seeing it (assuming I will be able to. I&#8217;m going to a 9:40 showing. If that is sold out, I might never get to see it). As I&#8217;ve said elsewhere on the site, The Avengers is my favorite comic book of all time. Now that I am less than 24-hours from seeing it, I am at peace.
