The upcoming X-Men<\/strong> film, Days Of Future Past<\/strong>, is pulling cast members from the original X-Men<\/strong> franchise and the recent prequel film First Class<\/strong> for what sounds like an epic adventure. January Jones, however, looks to be like one of those actors who may not be back.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Collider<\/a> at the Sundance Film Festival, Jones did not sound positive that her villainous character of Emma Frost, will be back for the film –<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know that I\u2019m in it, I don\u2019t think Emma\u2019s in this one. Well they haven\u2019t told me if I am (laughs). I wouldn\u2019t put it past them though, I got the script for the first one on the airplane on the way there. It\u2019s called Days of Future Past I think, and I think it\u2019s more about James [McAvoy] and Michael [Fassbender] and then Patrick [Stewart] and Ian [McKellan], and I think it\u2019s gonna go back and forth with those so I don\u2019t think Emma\u2019s in those bits. I don\u2019t know, I really don\u2019t know.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

While she is probably leaving herself an out in case she does receive a call from director Bryan Singer, with production on the film scheduled to begin so, I would think that there should have been overtures made to her representatives already.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
