G.I.Joe Retaliation (Paramount, 3,719 Theaters, 110 Minutes,Rated PG-13):<\/strong> So, the weather isn&#8217;t even warm yet and we already have our first summer blockbuster. Unfortunately, it&#8217;s from the summer of 2012.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s when the film was supposed to come out. But last May, just a month before the film was supposed to hit theaters and with marketing tie-ins already starting to roll out, Paramount pulled the plug on the release.
