But how must it feel like for actors? In this case, Jennifer Connelly, who found herself in similar circumstances three times in the late 1990s\/early 200s. In <strong>Dark City<\/strong> (1998), <strong>Requiem For A Dream<\/strong> (2000) and <strong>House Of Sand And Fog<\/strong> (2003), Connelly&#8217;s characters have found themselves staring out to the sea from the end of a long pier. The scenes don&#8217;t serve similar purposes dramatically and none were done in direct homage to any of the others. Still, it is just a startling coincidence and one has to wonder what Connelly must have thought around the third time she found herself reporting for work on location to find a seaside
