Last month<\/a>, Vin Diesel mentioned on Facebook that he had a meeting scheduled with Marvel Studios. Approximately 0.4 seconds after the post went online speculation began circulating as to what Marvel Comics character the studio might be looking at the character to play.<\/p>\n

Well, that meeting has now happened, and while the studio has undoubtedly had the actor sign a non-disclosure agreement, he still managed to drop some vague hints as to what may have been discussed when posted<\/a> the following with the picture below –<\/p>\n

Only the people in the room can tell you what was discussed…<\/p>\n

So is there significance to Diesel posing in front of a classic Avengers<\/em> cover, specifically issue number two? And how about him using the phrase “tunnel vision<\/strong>“? Is he trying to hint that the studio is talking to him about playing the superhero android Vision in 2015’s Avengers<\/strong> sequel? Or were the discussions about something else entirely, and Diesel is just yanking the chain of some folks with some misdirection? Perhaps we’ll find out in about a week and a half when Marvel Studios holds their panel at San Diego Comic Con.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
