And that looks like it will continue with the new trilogy being prepared by Lucasfilm under director J. J. Abrams. In pre-recorded video announcement played today at the Star Wars Celebration convention in Germany, Williams confirmed that he would be returning to the franchise to score <strong>Episodes VII<\/strong> through <strong>IX<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kQ4jZr1w0AI?rel=0\" height=\"309\" width=\"550\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The announcement doesn&#8217;t come as much of a surprise.
