One Ghostbusters 3<\/strong> rumor pops up, another one is almost sure to follow.<\/p>\n

Quick on the heels of the report<\/a> that Jonah Hill and Emma Stone have been offered roles in the long talked about sequel, comes news that the film may start shooting next spring in Cleveland. Coming Soon<\/a> has spotted a report on NBC Cleveland affiliate WKYC that claims –<\/p>\n

A Sony Pictures Entertainment executive confirms that Cleveland is being considered as a filming location for Ghostbusters III.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Now Cleveland substituting for New York doesn’t seem as far-fetched as one might think. The Avengers<\/strong> shot there for a portion of its climactic New York City fight sequence and no one seemed to raise any objections as to the final product. More recently the upcoming Katherine Heigle rom-com Miss Meadows<\/strong> wrapped production.<\/p>\n

Of course, this isn’t the first time that there has been news about a possible production start date for the threequel. the movie had previously been reported as going in front of the cameras this past summer<\/a>, spring of 2011<\/a> and the winter of 2009<\/a>.<\/p>\n
