We knew that Jamie Foxx as Electro would be in it. We knew that Paul Giamatti would be playing the Rhino, but we didn’t know in what form. But Green Goblin too?<\/p>\n

The first trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 <\/strong>has arrived and mainly it focuses on Peter’s struggles with the great responsibility that his great power brings. But we do get a hint that he will be facing not one, not two, but three bad guys in the film. Green Goblin is the the third and it will be Dale DeHaan’s Harry Osborn in the suit, not Chris Cooper’s Norman Osborn, who appears to be bed ridden. We also get a quick look at the Rhino armor, which is a bit of a change from the comic book incarnation. And we also see that the mysterious stranger from the post-credits scene of the first film will be making a re-appearance.<\/p>\n

I think we have to mention the Comic Book Film Law of Diminishing Returns here. This says that the more villains they cram into a superhero film, the less likely it will actually be a good movie.<\/p>\n
