\"Nightbreed\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The story of writer-turned-film director Clive Barker’s debut feature Nightbreed<\/strong> being hacked into pieces at the command of uncomprehending studio execs is well known to horror fans. And for decades there has been speculation as to what that original edit looked like, speculation that was recently somewhat answered in the last few years when VHS copies of two differing workprints were discovered and screened at a handful of horror conventions. The feedback was overwhelming enough that the go-ahead<\/a> was given to Barker to finally restore the film to his original intended vision, which is now set for a home video release on October 28th. Scream Factory has just released the details of the various DVD and blu-ray iterations that they will be sending out to store shelves and fans –<\/p>\n
