Nicholas Hoult will be speeding down the Autobahn on October 30 as Relativity has announced that as the date for their chase thriller named after the German superhighway.<\/p>\n

Hoult stars in the film as a man on the run from a gangster (Sir Ben Kingsley) after he stole money needed for a medical procedure for his girlfriend (Felicity JOnes). Anothony Hopkins also stars.<\/p>\n

When I reviewed<\/a> screenwriter F Scott Fraiser’s script three years ago, I described it as “Crank<\/strong> by way of 1971\u2019s Vanishing Point<\/strong> minus the latter\u2019s existential ending.” When element I really enjoyed was the way that the script read like it was intended to be shot as one long, continuous shot and in real time. I look forward to find out if that vibe was picked up by director Evan Creevy.<\/p>\n
