It is not known whether Johnson is penning a third script to join the ones already written by Will Beall and Kurt Johnstad for the film, or if he has been hired to merge the two previous scripts into a cohesive whole.<\/p>\n<p>The good news for comic fans is that Johnson was a protege of Frank Darabont, working as an assistant to him on <strong>The Green Mile <\/strong>and <strong>The Shawshank Redemption <\/strong>and writing for him on <strong>The Walking Dead <\/strong>and <strong>Mob City<\/strong>. The bad news is that free from Darabont, Johnson has written such underwhelming fare as <strong>Orphan<\/strong>, <strong>Red Riding Hood<\/strong>, and <strong>Wrath of the Titans<\/strong>.
