I thought that they were friends.&#8221; Well, heroes fighting over a perceived miscommunication before they team up and defeat the real villain of the tale. Director Zack Snyder certainly seems to be following that classic trope here and this last trope not only shows off Ben Affleck in action as Batman, but sets up the characters viewpoint that fuels his confrontation with Henry Cavil&#8217;s Superman.
