Jordan In A Villain Role"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-38550\" src=\"http:\/\/www.filmbuffonline.com\/FBOLNewsreel\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Black-Panther-Michael-B-Jordan-678x339.jpeg\" alt=\"Black Panther Michael B Jordan\" width=\"678\" height=\"339\" \/>Call it a shot at redemption, call it a director casting his muse, I&#8217;ll call it <strong>Black Panther <\/strong>developing a pretty great cast for itself.<\/p>\n<p>Fresh of breaking the news that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.filmbuffonline.com\/FBOLNewsreel\/wordpress\/2016\/05\/13\/lupita-nyongo-in-talks-to-join-black-panther\/\">Lupita Nyong&#8217;o was in talks to join the film<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/heat-vision\/black-panther-michael-b-jordan-893845\">The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> states that Michael B. Jordan is in discussions to reunite with Ryan Coogler on the Marvel film. Their source says Jordan will be playing the villain.<\/p>\n<p>Some of you might wince at this news, as Jordan&#8217;s last foray into the comic book film was the disastrous <strong>Fantastic Four. <\/strong>However, A) he was arguably the best part about that film and B) great things happen when he and Coogler get together. Jordan has starred in all of Coogler&#8217;s feature films. He should have been nominated for an Oscar for his work with Coogler in <strong>Fruitvale Station<\/strong> and his not being nominated for and Oscar for <strong>Creed<\/strong>, also directed by Coogler, played a part in the Academy overhauling its nomination practices.
