This will be Kimmel’s first time hosting the ceremony, but he has spent some time in the “minors” hosting the ESPYS, the American Music Awards, and the 2016 Emmy Awards.<\/p>\n
Kimmel’s talk show, Jimmy Kimmel<\/strong> Live!<\/strong>, is house directly across the street from where the\u00a0Oscars are handed out and\u00a0<\/strong>does a post-Oscar ceremony every year with winners and presenters from the Oscars.
