It is a sad fact that college education costs have risen exponentially faster than most Americans’ income. For many, student loans are not a really viable option as high interest rates and other factors can drag out repayment far longer than lenders will initially tell you.<\/p>\n

But in true entrepreneurial spirit, Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler have decided to try a different way of paying their daughter’s way through an expensive ivy league school. They’re turning a house into a casino. Sure, they have no experience in running a casino, but what could possibly go wrong?<\/p>\n

That’s the comedic premise in this summer’s The House<\/strong>, with Neighbors<\/strong> co-scribe Brendan O\u2019Brien making his feature film directing debut, working from a script he wrote with his partner Andrew J. Cohen. From the look of this red band trailer – mostly for language, but there some comedic, but bloody, violence and a super-brief moment of nudity – it looks like the film could live up to its potential. We’ll find out when the film opens on June 30.<\/p>\n
