<\/a><\/p>\nWhile there are still two Marvel superhero movies set to be released between now and the end of the year – The Eternals<\/strong> on November 5 and Spider-Man: No Way Home<\/strong> on December 17 – fans should get ready for a bit of a draught after that as in a surprise movie, Disney has moved all of Marvel Studios’ films back several months on their release calendar.<\/p>\n Additionally,it has pushed the currently in production Indiana Jones 5 <\/strong>back by almost a year, moving it from its originally announced release date of July 29, 2022 to June 30, 2023.<\/p>\n Dr. Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness<\/strong> is the first of the Marvel dominoes to fall, moving from its March 25, 2022 berth to May 6. That move pushes Thor: Love And Thunder<\/strong> from that weekend to July 8, 2022. That move pushes Black Panther: Wakanda Forever <\/strong>out of its July 8 spot and down the release schedule to November 11, 2022.<\/p>\n Black Panther 2<\/strong>‘s move pushes the Captain Marvel<\/strong> sequel The Marvels<\/strong> to February 17, 2023. Ant-Man And The Wasp:Quantumania<\/strong> then moves out of its February 2023 announced premier date andjumps over Guardians Of The Galaxy,Vol 3<\/strong> date of May 5, 2023 to land on July 28, 2023.<\/p>\n No real reason has been disclosed for the big shuffle.However, the Hollywood ReporterHollywood Reporter<\/a> is citing sources that state numerous production delays for the schedule changes. That should not come as much of a surprise. Although Marvel does run a while oiled shop, the currently needed COVID precautions that are in place across all of film and television production has slowed things down somewhat.
