I. Joe<\/strong> film getting a subtitle? It appears that way for at least part of the world.<\/p>\n<p>The European film site <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20110502110315\/http:\/\/www.film1.nl:80\/blog\/10557-Poster-GI-Joe-Rise-of-Cobra.html\">Film1<\/a> was able to get a picture of a billboard at Amsterdam&#8217;s Cinema EXPO which shows Channing Tatum&#8217;s Duke and the film&#8217;s logo with &#8220;Rise Of Cobra&#8221; underneath it. (Click to enlarge.)<\/p>\n<p>The addition of a subtitle definitely shows that the studio is planning on turning the film into a franchise. The fact that the screenplay ends with some cliffhanging subplots only reinforces that idea.
