The First Trailer For DOCTOR STRANGE Is Here!!

The first trailer for Marvel Studios’ upcoming Doctor Strange film has been released. Understandably, it doesn’t give much away in terms of the film’s overall plot, but it does setup for the uninitiated (i.e., non-comic book readers) the first steps of the journey that Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) will be going on in the film. It also reveals exactly how Tilda Swinton will appear as the Ancient One in the film and gives us a glimpse at some of the film’s visuals which I would describe as inspired by original Doctor Strange comic artist Steve Ditko filtered through Christopher Nolan’s Inception.

Doctor Strange will also star Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Mads Mikkelsen and Rachel McAdams. It will appear in theaters on November 4.
