When the first trailer for Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters reboot hit last week, there were some complaints that it wasn’t very funny. But then again, if you’ve ever seen the first trailer for the original Ghostbusters you would know that that wasn’t a barrel of laughs either. What it did was help establish the world that the film exists in, an important thing as the jokes stem from the characters responding to that world. The first international trailer for the film takes a similar tactic, but has some additional footage to help us get to know the four new Ghostbusters and their somewhat himbo receptionist.
