Disney dropped the first teaser trailer for their live action remake of their 1992 Aladdin animated film and it does a great job at doing what it should – teasing the audience with just a glimpse of what director Guy Ritchie might have in store. We get a familiar-looking parrot flying over desert landscapes and an Arabian city on its way to a familiar and spooky cave. And what’s inside? Well, watch the teaser trailer below to find out. Sorry, no Jasmine or Jafar or the Genie or the Sultan or any of the other characters from the original film. That will be up to more full trailers to deliver between now and May 24, 2019 when the film film hits theaters.
