This past weekend Marvel Studios announced that their next Marvel One Shot short film would center on Captain America: The First Avenger‘s Peggy Carter and her adventures after Steve Rogers disappears and is frozen in suspended animation in the closing days of World War Two with Hayley Atwell returning to face off against a shadowy person or organization known as “Zodiac.”
Agent Carter is directed by Marvel Studios co-president Louis D’Esposito, who also helmed the previous Marvel One Shot Item 47. The short will be on the Iron Man 3 DVD and blu-ray, which will be available in September. But if you can’t wait that long, Marvel has released a short clip.
